4 Phenolic Syntan PS - 162 B Conc. Based on aromatic sulphonic acid condensation product. It imparts excellent fullness and good softness to leather. 23 Phenolic Syntan PS - 181 Synthetic organic condensates. The treated leathers have better roundness and even feel. Even the areas with prominent growth marks and around backbone show better filling and even dyeing. The buffing properties of the leather are also substantially improved and a very fine and even nap is produced on buffing. 97 ± 1 % 6.5 - 7.5

29 Phenolic Syntan PSL - 187 Based on Phenol condensation product. A special replacement Syntan for the production of white leather. Phenolic Syntan PSL-187 has strong buffing properties and imparts excellent fullness with tight grain on leathers. Soluble much faster in warm water than cold water. Addition of 0.2% oxalic acid on the weight of the syntan increases the whiteness of the leathers. 40 ± 2 % 4 - 6
30 Phenolic Syntan PSL - 187-50 Based on Phenol condensation product. A special replacement Syntan for the production of white leather. Phenolic Syntan PSL-187 has strong buffing properties and imparts excellent fullness with tight grain on leathers. Soluble much faster in warm water than cold water. 33 Phenolic Syntan PS - 190 Based on aromatic sulphonic acid condensation product. It is a synthetic tanning agent free from free formaldehyde mainly used for retanning of chrome and semi-chrome leather that is to be dyed in full, brilliant shades. 94 ± 2 % 3.5 - 5.5

36 Phenolic Syntan PSL - 193 Combination of electrolyte stable syntans and dispersants. PSL-193 is a synthetic pretanning agent with low astringency. It thus accelerate penetration of vegetable tanning agents. 38 Phenolic Syntan PSL-195 Condensation product of phenolic sulphonic acid and aromatic oxysulphones. It imparts a uniform filling effect with a soft, round handle. After milling, leathers tanned/retanned with Phenolic Syntan PSL-195 have an even milled grain. 45 ± 2 % 3.5 - 4.5
39 Phenolic Syntan PS-196 Condensation product of phenolic sulphonic acid. It is mainly used when lightfast leathers are required. PS - 196 noted for high light fastness, high fastness ageing and good covering power. It is therefore very suitable to produce pale-coloured and white leathers. Imparts a fine and smooth grain.
